Who are we?
A-Kubed was founded by Alexandra Andres
Alexandra started working in real estate in Germany in the 90s managing and developing the family real estate portfolio.
She then set up her first company in Cologne before joining a family office in the UAE. Back on the Côte d’Azur since 2010, Alexandra has worked for the most prestigious agencies as an agent or agency manager.
In 2021, Alexandra decided to propose a different approach, one that is more comprehensive, more qualitative and above all more ethical by surrounding herself with only a few trusted collaborators.
Relying on an internal and/or external team whose competence and ethics are the key values, Alexandra conducts about ten property projects per year, investing all the energy of A-Kubed
We therefore only work for a few exclusive clients, in a partnership approach and in their sole interest

While the project management is handled internally, A-Kubed puts together a team of experts according to the nature of each project, its duration, and its budget.
While the transaction itself only requires the intervention of lawyers, notaries and maybe financial partners, the potential following renovation or construction of the property, will require the intervention of architects, interior designers, construction companies and others.
From the biggest names to unbranded work squads, our clients choose in total transparency the service providers they feel confident with and whose skills A-Kubed can guarantee.
